EZConfig provides cloud software for managing phone provisioning workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and account users.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as names, email addresses, company or organization names, login credentials, and support communications. Customers may also store organization, user, phone, MAC address, SIP account, template, and provisioning information in the service.

Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe. EZConfig receives limited billing records from Stripe, such as customer, subscription, plan, payment status, and invoice identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including IP addresses, browser data, authentication activity, application logs, and usage events.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the EZConfig service, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, generate provisioning output, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate EZConfig, including payment processing, hosting, security, email, analytics, and support tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of EZConfig, our customers, or others.

Customer Data

Customers control the provisioning and business data they enter into EZConfig. We process customer data to provide the service and do not sell customer provisioning data.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain account, billing, operational, and customer data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

Account users may update certain profile and account information in the service. Customers may request assistance with account, billing, or data questions by contacting us.

Children

EZConfig is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
