Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of EZConfig, a cloud software service for managing business phone provisioning workflows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must use EZConfig only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions and Payment
EZConfig is offered as a paid monthly subscription. Plan limits may include organization and phone counts. Billing is processed through Stripe, and payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, or canceled. Plan changes may change subscription pricing and available limits.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the organization, user, phone, template, and provisioning data you enter into EZConfig. You grant EZConfig the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that data to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use EZConfig to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Service Availability
We work to keep EZConfig reliable and available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, outages, or events outside our control.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the billing tools available in the service or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but previously paid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
EZConfig, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by EZConfig or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of EZConfig intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers
EZConfig is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZConfig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of EZConfig after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
